284 Trees Planted in South Middle School’s Name

Thank you to the 284 families that bought South Middle School yearbooks.

As a result, Trees for the Future will plant that many trees in our school's name in countries in Africa including Cameroon, Kenya, Senegal, Uganda, and Tanzania. Trees.org works with farmers in heavily deforested areas to "plant thousands of trees that protect and bring nutrients back to the soil. This helps farmers grow a variety of fruits and vegetables. Forest Garden farmers gain increases in income and food security, even in the first year."
