Aurora Public Library @ Aurora Public Schools
Aurora Public Library and Aurora Public Schools are proud to announce a new partnership to help broaden the scope of resources available to APS students and staff!
Beginning January 2019, APL @ APS will give every student and faculty member in Aurora Public Schools access to Aurora Public Library’s online resources by entering their student/faculty ID number. These resources include OverDrive for eBooks and eAudiobooks, TumbleBooks for eBooks, read-along stories, educational videos and more, CultureGrams, Explora and Primary Search databases, genealogy resources, the Colorado Historic Newspapers Collection, Transparent Language for learning a new language and more. We believe students and teachers will find these resources valuable in supporting student learning experiences as well as a fun and informative way to spend their free time.
The Learning Resources Department in conjunction with Aurora Public Library will be featuring a different student and staff tools each month - keep an eye out in the Superintendent’s Bulletin, aurorak12.org social media and website, and we will share the snippet for you to use in your own school’s communications to staff, students, and parents! We will also be reaching out to your school librarian, family liaison, and teaching partner to help spread the word.
To access these resources, students and faculty follow the below steps:
